My girl seems to be prone to losing her keys and gets very embarassed when it happens (no thanks to me probably).

So the other day (with a big smile on her face) she comes to show me a gadget she bought that will end the problem >>

A "Whistle Key Locator" -- she was so proud............

I asked for a demonstration of course -- Uhhhh, it was actually quite sad to hear what she considered a whistle and the gadget just lay there silent in her lap.

"Must be broken" she says (I am trying my best to hold back the laughter)

"you got to whistle sweetie" I said

"I did"

"No you blew air, a whistle makes sound"

She calls her son into the room and asked him to whistle - guess what; not much better volume and the gadget remains silent.

"See, it's broken"

Just then the 1 yr old grandson squeals as he comes in to investigate -- the damn thing responded to his sound lighting up and chirping.

I fell out laughing at that point

You know why some women lose their keys so often? I'll tell you why: because they always put them in different places. Sometimes in their purse (which one?), sometimes in a pocket (of a coat that gets hung up in the closet), sometimes left on a table, or in a drawer, or in the kitchen, maybe the car. Who knows? What I don't understand is why my wife refuses to have one place to put her keys. I guess it's just too boring to do that. One place, keys always there... just no adventure or fun in that.
