I've never met Alain... but his online personality is somewhat endearing.

I hope to meet him in the next month if he's around Brisbane at the time.

Sincere and best wishes for an excellent day and an awesome future mate!

All the best Al and HUGE congrats.

Soon there will be the pitter patter of little Al feet running around the FOH boards!

Word of advice, place the largest order you can from Rob...as after you get married your ability rapidly diminishes to near null. By doing it before, you can tell your bride that the large credit card statement was part of your happy celebration of unity with her.

Congratulations, Alain. Best wishes to you and your bride.

...remember, from forgetting Valentine's day to forgetting his wife's birthday, Rob is not the person to go to for marital advice...try Ken. :-D

All the best of luck Alain! (You'll need it...)

And Prez, the term "impending" is more commonly used with the word doom (as in "impending doom"), rather than wedding.

Good God man. Congratulations and my condolences.

Always remember she loved who you were when she married you. You will have to reminder her of that. ;-)

Al my friend , my Brother. I had a wonderful day and evening , one that I will remember for years to come.

Susanna looked radiant and you looked like the cat that got the cream.:-D

The evening was topped off by a nostalgic event , the drive home.

Not since I was in my early 20's have I driven with one eye closed to halve the amount of apparent traffic and pedestrians.

What an accomplishment for a man in his late 40's :ok:

I look forward to catching up with you on your return.

It’s been a busy couple of days around the de Masson household. On Saturday morning I married the girl of my dreams here in Brisbane with a good contingent from the FOH crew in attendance to make sure all was up to an acceptable standard of debauchery. :-D

I’m told it was a lovely service and that everyone enjoyed the reception later, but I must confess it was all a bit of a blur to me.

Rob, Lisa and Warren presented us with a magnificent travel humidor to take on the honeymoon. It is a wonderful gift. Thank you. I will treasure it for the inscription alone and I’ll try and make it out there today (but it’s not looking good that I’ll have time to do anything with family commitments everywhere).

Ken who arrived just a little late to the affair gave Susanna and I a magnum of Bollinger which I think is just the right size for the party here in March. Thanks for such a generous gift Ken. You must be here when we open it.

On the subject of treasure and the stunning brilliance of the FOH community, I received the most magnificent present of a box of Bolivar Gold Medals from a guy on the other side of the world who I’ve not met in person, but who’s downfall I’ve been plotting for years. Colt, I think its past due we settled this like men. I’m coming over next year to shake your hand in person. I’m touched mate, thank you.

We don’t have a lot in the way of photos at the moment but I can offer you one of the day that was emailed to me tonight.

Susanna and I head off to Indonesia today for a fortnights Honeymoon. I’m doing some Wreck Diving while ‘Zana shops . I don’t know which is the more dangerous for me.

I’d like to thank you all for your kind wishes and I look forward with only a small degree of trepidation to reading Rob and Kens review of the day.
