» Great pics again! Thanks for posting.

Agreed!

Amazing culture oozing through those pics.

And the OH&S standards of electricians is a breath of fresh air ;-)

Ive really enjoyed these "trips" through Cuba. I think when complete these should be part of the classic posts series.

Great pics, love the art and architecture. Thanks again for posting these. The pic of the guy working on the wires made me cringe. :surprised:

Cuba's colonial architecture is fantastic. As an aside, on our 3 officially organized railroad tours through Cuba, we were always tossed out of Camaguey's rail facilities even though we had proper permits.

Hello everyone,

It's been a busy week so I have not been on the forum

lately but, as you know, a man's work is never done. Anyway,

I smoked some good cigars, Bolivar Immensas 06 also smoked

a Bolivar Gold Medal from the german first edition GKI-DIC-04

and I must say they have aged so well, rich taste of leather, coffee

with sweet cremy overtone, hints of floral, tea, citrus. Very earthy.

lots of flavors just great. Very different from the newer release.

I think the newer will have to age a few years and they will become classic. Back to our cross country trip, today,we visit Camaguey,

almost halfway in the island, beautiful city, the city of many churchs,

beautiful buildings and houses with great people. Camaguey is the

home of cuban poete Nicolas Guillén,great city for arts, artists, music

and odd things such as this neighborhood where people who live

there have statues of themselves on the street that they live on.

Something you don't see everyday.

So here we go,again, I hope you enjoy.
