habanohal Posted June 15, 2008 Posted June 15, 2008 This sucks!!! was goona leave now for 2 rounds of golf. Storm front is in and dropped 20 degrees. Was sittin on deck at 6 am with a Custom rolled Diadema. Sunny and nice. Come 7:15 and wind and rain. Loooks like itll be aROUND FOR A FEW MORE HOURS. tHIS IS THE 1 DAY i CAN GOLF FROM SUN UP TO SUN DOWN WITH NOW QUERKS FROM THE WIFE :-(

jdbrown Posted June 15, 2008 Posted June 15, 2008 Just got the gifts and the wife shuttled the kids to Lawrence for Ku basketball camp...Took a pass..its a nightmare getting those youngsters checked into their dorms..Fishing for me and then the final round of the Open!

Hey JD, Where are you at? I am moving to Lansing, KS in about 4 wks. When I get settled we might have to meet up somewhere.
habanohal Posted June 15, 2008 Posted June 15, 2008 Had a laugh since it cleared up and went golfing. My brother is haveing dinner at the inlaws. He tells me that for mothers day, they cook all day long and a have a big spread. Now when it comes to fathers day, he said its a bunch of BS. Inlaws are justr going to order pizza. It is almost like a dopuble standard between the 2 days. Almost as if Fathers day was made up way after mothers day. But oh well All dads have a good day
