Ken Gargett
fiddling out in the garage with the wine bottles earlier and picked up one. bloody giant huntsman ran up it and up the arm. bottle has gone six foot one way and i have gone the other. buggered if i know what happened to the spider. consequently, every bottle got a thorough coating of mortein (rob will be here for drinks shortly - not that he could tell). came back a few hours later and there it was again. back amongst the margaret river cabernets (even my spiders have taste). this time, it got a thorough coating itself. and that bottle? landed amidst a heap of others and not a single one broke. no idea how. JMH
Shame you killed him, seems he was just guarding your wine and mistook you for someone else.

Sandman
I remember as kid growing up in Sydney seeing these things on the wall of my bedroom. About as big as my hand. No amount of bug spray would kill them. To this day I have horrible memories of this.
