New Habanos Release: Monte 2 Wrapper Mix Pack.

It WOULD be interesting to smoke one of each and see how the wrapper affects the flavor out of the same box. But other than that, definitely not something I'd like to see when receiving a box.

yepp I agree I love the Monte 2 in any case it's one of my favourite smokes, one of the first Cubans I ever tried!

Maybe its the glare or what-not, but are the darker ones pressed and the lighter ones round??

I, too, prefer the lighter wrapper.

I was the kid who liked boxes of candy with both dark and milk chocolate. Though I preferred mostly milk chocolate.

Will they make boxes with 7 light and 3 dark for guys like me? ;-)

I like it. Its kinda cool..definately a once off. Prez how about a tastes test as someone suggested..Light versus dark...I would be very interested to hear the comparison.

I guess so, that's probably why Rob posted it. The heads are crap, too. This is probably a box that was rejected by quality control (it has to be, unless they're colour blind), yet somehow made it onto its way to export. It's happened before...

Yes....that is how they came from Habanos s.a. Diana went to oen a box yesterday morning and when she saw the wrapper differences, brought up the 10 count box of M2 to show me.

I have always tried to showcase the good, the bad and the ugly. Provide kudos when deserved and brickbats when not.

I like the idea of sde to side tastings. Will do one today and one tomorrow.
