Hi - newbie to the site

OK .. its kinda funny, I am on ICC a lot now that I discovered it and on reading some mails here am seeing a lot of common folks - good to see.

I am a newbie smoker (cigar) living in WA state (USA), formerly from Tasmania, Australia. A gentleman on CA referred me to this site. got into cigar smoking accidentally about 4 months ago when I bought a box of Padron 64's to give away at a local club I belong to ... well those cigars smelt so darn good I had to try one .. and that lead to buying more samplers and all of a sudden I have two humidors, 200 cigars -- a collection of those Padrons, Opusx, Cohiba (Vi and Maduro) , Monte #2, HYDM DCs ...

Love this hobbie - but realized the WA state politics suck as there is no smoking indoors in WA in any establishment -- and we have a long winter ...

Sure glad am going to Australia for the month of Jan ....

Just like 'El Presidente' - love to fly fish ...

oh yeah - no I am not in a habit of giving away padrons - the occasion was the birth of my first child - was meant to be a son (confirmed twice on the ultra sound) - turned out to br a girl --- scarred me enough to keep smokin'

I can see how they can get it wrong the other way around, but this is pretty scary! Welcome! :-D

I can relate, the provincial and municiple govt up north of you are about the same. I almost had my wife convinced of the great job I could do of converting one of my offices into a well sealed and properly vented gentlmens lounge. It'll take a little more work yet though. Welcome to a great hobbie, and very informative web site.
