jasonM Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 I was hovering over my coolerdor one day and noticed that a bulk of my current crop are Petit Coronas - Partagas Mille Fleur, Siglo II, and Monte #4's. Since that's what I have the most of, that seems to be what I smoke the most of currently (Fierce powers of logic this one has). So, that got the ole noodle churning that I might be missing some other good ones out there since my experience is still in fledgling stage. What's your favorite Petit Corona?
shrink Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 There are quite a few good ones, but... Punch Petit Coronas del Punch are really delivering the flavors for me these days!
winelover Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 » What's your favorite Petit Corona? The SLR PC based on one fantastic box I had from mid-2005. Strong spicey and full bodied - perhaps not words you'd expect to associate with SLR? Perhaps a random box? (who knows?). Otherwise the monte 4. I find the siglo II needs a fair bit of ageing before approachable.
El Presidente Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 Whu is it I always forget the Punch Petit corona de Punch? Excellent consistent cigar amongst the best of all.
tigger Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 PLPC. Also like me some RyJ Cedros de Luxe No. 3 with some years on them. None of which I have right now. Guess I'll need to send my Luscious Honey Sweetheart an email and get the "some years" process started. :-)

I am a big fan of the Punch PC del Punch also. Boli PC, PLPC and the Punch are all tied for first in my book ;-)
bassman Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 Boli, Pl, and thanks to Shrink, PC del Punch. The Punch really need some age to shine, though. 98 are heavenly. 04s just starting to come around.
bikeguy1 Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 » What's your favorite Petit Corona? Don't know if I have a true fav yet, but these days smoking Dip #4 & PorL Petit...the Por's are still a bit young, though, so the remainder are going to sleep for awhile!
Mel Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 I have some treasured RAPC that are half gone, great little cigars. Of the more available cigars I go for the PLPC and the Boli. Punch makes a PC????? Never had one.:-|
broozer Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 my favorites (in no particular order): PLPC DIP #4 sancho panza non plus bruce
jasonM Posted September 13, 2007 Author Posted September 13, 2007 Guess I'll need to send my Luscious Honey » Sweetheart an email and get the "some years" process started. :-) Could you please keep your nicknames for Rob to yourself!!! :-D
cigardawg Posted September 15, 2007 Posted September 15, 2007 Hmmmm, there are so many good ones. In order (maybe): Partagas PC Punch RS 12 SLR PC (my box from '98, the ones from '00 don't make the top 5) PLPC H Upmann PC
smokum Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 » PLPC. » » Also like me some RyJ Cedros de Luxe No. 3 with some years on them. None Agree Tigger..these are sleepers. I finished a box of AXL/FEB04, have a box of NRG/OCT05 that I haven't started yet. They are just an all around good cigar.
Moglman Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 Largely depends on mood, but consistent favorites are ... Boli PC Punch RS 12 Siglo II H. Upmann PC Only slightly larger gem is the Trini Coloniales.
txcigarmadcap Posted September 23, 2007 Posted September 23, 2007 This is a tough one but the RyJ Cedros de Luxe No. 3 is a staple and seems to always be a goto
bikeguy1 Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 Just finished a Diplomatico #4...yummy! Love the slight saltiness...
