I can easily say that the best cure I've found is good red wine. A few glasses will soothe your stomach, and give you that nice fuzzy feeling like your brain is wrapped in a warm cloud, and pretty soon you're distracted from anything else thats bothering you.

What's yours?

I've done enough research on this that I've retired from the game altogether, but for me, the best cure was always preventative...coupla asprin and a big glass of water before turning in.

I use 1 gram paracetamol and 2 vitamin B pills and 3 glasses of water. When I wake up I can tell my body is fukt up, but my head doesnt hurt :-) LOL

I always found that the best hangover cure was having the greasiest pizza you can find the night of your drunken escapades right before you go to bed.

Next morning: Smart Water and vitamins combined witha secondary nap

You can substitute any of the "next morning" stuff with a good bloody mary.

What's a hangover? :-D Fortunately, I can drink about as much as I want and never have to worry about that problem!

Before going to bed and/or while drinking and/or before drinking have a lot of water, gatorade or similar. As much as you can drink.

Hangover is dehydration.

Best cure is not to get one in the first place. I usually have a glass of water with every 2 drinks or so. I can't remeber the last time I had a hangover. It was advice I was given by an older brother before I went off to college, and it was probably the only reason why I showed up for my morning classes :)

Lap Dance.

When you do wake up you spend so much time covering your tracks that you forget all about the hangover ;-)

rule #1 don't smoke cigarettes!

#2 drink quality alcohol, i prefer guinness or grey goose and cranberry. in the morning i'm not going to run a marathon, but i can function.

#3 i drink a bottle of gatorade before bed.

#4 vicodin does nothing for a head ache, take xanax! :-D

and that's my 2 cents!

Alka Seltzer, an India Pale Ale alcohol, greasy food, sex and sleep.

But if you really want to knock it, and you're not gonna like this, you gotta go for a long run. Sweat it out. If it doesn't kill you, you'll feel much better.

I'm pretty sure that it would kill me.

:rotfl: Steam shower sometimes can do wonders if you're not marathonically-inclined.

My usual routine is:

a) water pre-bed

B) Emergen-C orange fizzy powder upon waking

c) Greasy breakfast and/or Bloodies
