El Presidente Posted May 24, 2007 Author Posted May 24, 2007 » Where are all the fish? There were a lot of big rods and big cigars but no » big fish? Small Haul 20-30 Pearl Pearch 2 Marwong 6 or so pig fish. Saw plenty of dolphins, sharks and a breaching humpback whale. Some great wine, cigars and weather
Ken Gargett Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 were they the bait or the fish? actually, pearl perch are some of the nicest eating going, i think. and for our overseas friends, it would be a rare winter in qld where we couldn't get away with wearing a t-shirt (comfortably) for at least part of every day.
Cam Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 What kind of boat is that, she's beautiful!! Nice fishing pictures guys, but I'm currently writing from 26 degree French weather, 32 expected today! Cam -

SmokinLightning Posted May 24, 2007 Posted May 24, 2007 Doesn't anyone in that F&(%$@ country work for a living?
El Presidente Posted May 24, 2007 Author Posted May 24, 2007 Boat "Adrenalin" was a 40 ft Black Watch. Very nice fishing rig. Names on the back of hats is not for lovemaking. It is so the skipper can yell instructions from the top deck when more than one person is on. There were times when 4-5 guys were hooked up to fish simultaneously. We were working!!!!!! Relaxation is all part of fine tuning the mind and soul ;-)
asmith Posted May 25, 2007 Posted May 25, 2007 » Doesn't anyone in that F&(%$@ country work for a living? Rob, I see that you guys had a couple of cigars there so I'm sure that you will be claiming this as a Research and Development trip for tax purposes?
