Lunch Menu today at Czar House Steve Pelligrino (who many of you met at the Vegas RTDA) is bringing over a dish he prepared of Tetsuya Atlantic Salmon and Blood Orange Carpaccio. Graeme Marriot will be bringing over a few bottles of Sauvignon Blanc (sorry Ken). Enjoyed an Upmann Monarch, Cohiba Siglo II, Partagas Serie De Connoisseur No 3 and HDM Le Hoyo du Depute. Lunch finished promptly at 6:30pm.
