El Presidente Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Watching a few members at our State of Origin Cigar dinner....you would swear that they could suck a golf ball through a garden hose (I have no idea how they developed that skill ) I saw a Monte 2 disappear in a little over 30 minutes. Now I am a sensitive tactile type and indulge and immerse myself in the the sensual beauty of debauchery of life's better moments. I want to taste every second. A Torp for me can last 1 hr 15 My question..for the sake of uniformity...is how long does it take you to nub a Petite Corona? Would love to see the results. For me it is consistently 45-50 minutes. For me it is consistently 45-50 minutes. On average I would say 20 minutes. The longest a cigar ever took me to smoke was SanchoPanza Sanchos. A full 90 minutes while golfing. A Petit Corona takes me 50-60 minutes to ENJOY and nub. Smoking too fast, and IMHO you miss the flavors because you are buring the cigar way too fast and it can taste harsh, bitter and bland. But that is just my opinion. Also, when I say I nub a cigar, it normally has less than 1/4 inch of nub left and the roach clips are needed just to hold the thing.
