Dear El Presidente,

Although I am extremely new here I must congratulate you on having the best cigar forum on the planet. The photos of the 130th annniversary humidor are beyond gorgeous but I will take my shot at describing the faux pas. The introduction should read "in life" instead of "of life", if I'm wrong don't hold it against me I'm from New York where proper English is very rarely spoken.

"are are" and technically, the humidors were not designed by those who appreciate the finer things of life but presumably by someone in havana or thereabouts.

i guess also that the brand was first registered in 1873 so that makes the 130th questionable but they celebrated the 125th in 2006 so that ties in but then one notes that they have stamped 1875 on the cedar slip in the humidor - nothing like the cubans to cover all bases.

No one has picked the Faux Pas yet :-D

We have one humidor and I think there were 25 designated for the Asia Pacific region (China to New Zealand). Distributed to Casa De Habanos only. We are a House that sells Habanos so we must have qualified :lol2:

Romeo looks as though he is sucking on Juliet's ***...

and in the cedar imprint Romeo appears to have no pants on...and is rubbing his nose in some serious cleavage...I always knew that Romeo was a dirty playa!!! Slipping' Rapinol in Juliet's drink!

now... did I win the humidor??:-D

Well, all I can say is that from the photo's it sure looks like the cedar block and the cedar sleeve are printed with Roneo y Julieta not Romeo y Julieta

Faux Pas means, literally, "False Step". Fat-ass Romeo is breaking the rung of the ladder he is standing on.

As a writer by trade I couldn't go past this one. In the opening written blurb the 'are' appears twice to read 'are are'. ;-)
