Wow...awesome spotting and discovery !!!

Hence since the first day I've been here at FOH, IMHO FOH is tha best cigar forum.

Well done all.

I can see missing this on inspection--

But you would think that people who have smoked these would taste a difference between Partagas and RJ!

It may be that, with such an expensive and exclusive humidor package, expectations are so strong that it overwhelms attention to the actual taste.

There is something wrong with this photo which was brought to my attention by a valued FOH member. Inquiries to PCC HK execs confirmed this late today and letters explaining "the issue" are on their way from PCC and Habanos. In fact, of 8 humidors which have been checked today from Hong Kong to Australia, 6 have the same problem.

Can you guess what it is? Wilkey.....no helping ;-)

I will post the PCC / Habanos s.a correspondence Monday.

Fascinating! I wonder if this "error" makes the humidor more collectible, and ultimately more valuable... as in stamps and money?

The bands are switched on the Partagas Royales and the Romeo Hermosos No. 3's.

You'd think with something like the 510th humidor, Cuba would get it right...

Wow. I'm sure that letter was not an easy one to have to write.

Thanks for your diligence in sorting this out, Rob.

So the cigars in the upper row should be the other way around as well, then, right? This is strange...

Does this mean everyone gets a free stick? ;-)

Or may we pass along the humi's year to year...like the Stanley Cup? :D

I think Dag and the PCC Krewe did an honorable job in trying to handle a mistake the Cuban's obviously made....

Hats off to anyone, certainly PCC included, who takes responsability for lame Cuban Factory mistakes, which had nothing to do with their krewe or Habanos cigars in general....

Cheers,

DC!!!!
