I am a Party whore but I would take Monte 2 over P2 any time. Somehow P2 never shined for me.

Party 2 isn't that high up on my list, but I've NEVER had a Monte 2 deliver...

Both of these cigars when they are on are magic. Unfortunately P2s I've tried have less on than not. Montes have had a better success rate and offer a touch more complexity for me. So Monte No.2 takes this one, IMHO!

I can't answer the survey because, to me, this is all about aging between marcas that shine at opposite ends of the spectrum.
  
If less than 6-8 years old, it's Monte 2 all the way in this match (and truly great ones do happen). (Meanwhile Parti's are often a challenge to enjoy young.)
If 6-10 years, it's a horse race, but often leaning Monte 2. If it's 10+ then it's P2 all the way (and truly great ones do happen). (Meanwhile, the Montes often lose their luster.)
