I ride mostly 20-40 miles when weather permits. I set a goal of 100 miles a week and go for it. Nothing like a good cigar after a long (relatively) ride.

That’s the absolute sweet spot of ride distance! Solid few hours in the saddle followed by a delicious cigar sounds like the schedule of champions.

My route is flexible between 13-23 miles depending on which roads I turn on. Usually 20ish is the ride. I start to get bored after that. Have to plan between conference calls.

I used to live in Ward, CO where I’d drink beer on the front porch while I watched guys ride up to the Peak to Peak Highway from Left Hand Canyon Drive. Damn, I get tired just remembering it 😜

Rode almost 7 miles today. New tires and grips and waiting on a few more embellishments. Bike rides sweet!

Post that up! I always wanted a PK Ripper. I had a mongoose. My friend had a Patterson. Haro was popular. I took a lot of tumbles on my bmx.

It has been hanging on the garage wall for at least the last 20 years.

Cool piece of history right there! I had an old mongoose back in the day. I was never great at bmx jumps!

I will probably take it down some time this year and clean it up. Replace the rusted spokes, remove some surface rust and replace the foam.

And how long did it take you to recover from the crash?
