Huge congrats on bringing a wonderful idea to market. Few people know how challenging it is to get this done, yet you’ve made this side of it look seamless and easy when it’s far far from it.  

A lot of voracious Lusi smokers I know, myself included, have always wondered “Why doesn’t someone try and bring back the Lusi in the old 109!”   Now you and Hamlet have made it happen. I just simply love to see it, and can’t wait to try them  🥂 👏

Been waiting for these! Besides the size and price, is there any major differences between the No.1 and No.6 in terms of flavor/profile?

Both excellent. Different blending. The 109 Linea D Number 1 is a more complex cigar. The additional length allowed us the opportunity to play with journey/transition. I think it is a masterpiece of blending. Kudos to Hamlet. I had nothing to do with this one when we came to conceptualising.

They are ready to smoke now with 30 days to acclimatise. They continue to get better and better with age. Our older test batches (2 years age) are consistently (as tasted by many here) 94/95 point cigars.

Two different shades of wrapper leaf and the cabs are color matched. They smell amazing. I’m debating if I’m going to light one off the truck tonight like a dummy or wait a few weeks

I get it. Very good cigar, different from the petit 109, seems a bit fuller and stronger. Reminds me of a Lusi.  Looking forward to more of these!

I'm the impatient type and always have one ROTT. I justify it by telling myself I want to see how it develops, but I'm like a kid on Christmas when new sticks come in, and I don't have the willpower to let them rest.

Is there an age statement on the cabinets for when these were rolled? In short, do you guys think these need a lot of time or is it smoking 90+ now with legs to go on a long run? Looking to take the plunge on a cabinet soon to treat myself.

2024 stock in the 50's. 

Scoring ranges 92-95 now. They will improve to consistently hit the top part of that range over next three years. 👍
