Our cars have two coats ot Gtechniq EXOv5 and still shine after 3 years. The coating itself can scratch. Both cars clean up really well. Also applied to both cars summer and winter wheel sets. I plan to redo them this fall if we have both cars then.

2003 Mustang Cobra 10th Anniversary. It's stayed within the family, though sold to my cousin. California forced me to sell it, lol.

Purchased this after graduating from university.

First car I have ever owned.

Spent a small fortune improving and meticulously restoring every aspect of it.

Provided me with years of enjoyment.

Unfortunately, I had to sell it as I could no longer plate it as a daily driver due to all the European spec components. 😡

Replaced it with an RS5.

Selling privately is a nightmare :rolleyes:

I30N sold flawlessly. Lovely young guy Justin picks it up Saturday. 

Merc A45S, different story. Young lass is interstate and now wants to inspect the car, pay on the day, and drive home in the car.  Here s the kicker, she wanted to pay in cash on the day. $100K in cash. She is 26.

I had an obsession with the Renault 19 16v. Owned 3 of them simultaneously, a red 3 door hatchback, a white cabriolet & a blue Chamade, all phase 1. I worked on them myself, went to shows the whole thing- total love affair. Sold them with no drama but if I’d kept them they would be worth 10x as much now.

He called me rude (the imputence!!!) Then agreed on the price. 

Let's see how this one goes. Change of strategy may have worked.  :rolleyes:

My 1987 Porsche 928S4 Supercharged 6.0L stroker motor racecar. I bought this car back in 2001 fairly early in my racing career because it was just such an amazingly special beast. Most 928 guys that are power hungry either supercharge their cars or install a billet scat crankshaft to increase the stroke by 1,000cc. This was the only 928 in the world (at least in the early 2000's anyway) that had BOTH! I raced it several times for fun but decided I should keep my 944 Turbo S racecar that I was successfully campaigning at the time as it was very competitive in the class I ran it in (GT3) and I knew it would be less expensive to run than this supercharged and stroked 928S4. This 928S4 runs in GT1, with other 600hp Porsches that happen to weigh 500lbs less, so as fast as it is, it is not as competitive in GT1 as my 944 Turbo S is in GT3.  I regretted selling the yellow beast in 2003, and I always missed it. Just last year on my birthday I reached out to the wealthy doctor that I had sold it to back in 2003 to see if he still had it and if he would consider selling it back to me. Sure enough, he still had it, had not raced it recently and was feeling bad about it sitting in his garage collecting dust. Of course, we made a deal and I bought it back, 21yrs since I had last seen it!

I had an '85 GTV6 for a few years as well. Ansa downpipes and exhaust. Came with black cloth interior and swapped it for a tan leather interior. I sold it back to the guy I bought it from and then he shipped it Israel after doing some body work. He put in an Alfetta dash and few other styling touches.  

Digging your Ronal wheels. Wouldn't mind finding a Maratona and putting a 3.0L with S cams.

It is about to be completely rebuilt and I hope to have it installed and the car back on the road late 2025/early 2026. 

My family's car for 25 years was an '84 500 SEC (grey market import). Had AMG gauges and wheels but wasn't a true AMG. That is one of the best cars for driving with the windows down. Not a lot of wind buffeting.

One of the best cars ever made, and the best Mercedes Benz model ever made.
