Did any of the conspiracists consider the item in question is a bunched up napkin or Kleenex?  Because that's what it looks like. Perhaps it would look differently if space lasers were trained on it.

Just a couple of years ago cocaine was found at the White House and somehow the Secret Service couldn't figure out whose it was. All those cameras and security protocols!

Its use is more common among political elites than most suspect.
