This is so depressing. I would head to Cuba at least once a year pre pandemic and would love buying 3-5 boxes. My last trip, and probably my last ever to Cuba was in Dec 2023 and I didn’t even buy a box. Cigars were scarce and too expensive. And from this article they are even more expensive.

It's crazy that the airport had a better selection than flagship LCDHs. It's sad that we get excited to see BBFs on the shelves.

So sad. I was just thinking the other day of our first trip in 2014. Dana and I sat overlooking the Malacon from the Hotel National after just arriving smoking a Siglo 6 I had just purchased from the LCDH for $12.

When Debbie and I went in 2019 I got R&J Churchills, Punch DC, Lusi and Fundadores for $10.80/stick.😢
