Here we go!

After being used/shunned by Ohtani and Soto. The Jays finally turned inward and signed a guy who wants to be here. IMO they should have done this years ago. Maybe would saved them $100-$200M. Time wil

Long suffering Reds fan here. Old enough to remember watching the Big Red Machine from the 70's.

Giants have been on a streak. Too little too late? We shall see . If the Mets can blow it...sorry @JohnS

Well, with around 20 games left in the season one would have to hope that the Mets 'tank' for their team to grab a National League Wild Card spot. It stands to reason.

Personally, whether the Mets, or Reds, or Giants get there, you just hope its done through good baseball. That's what merits a place in the October postseason.

Right now, I'm very happy to see that the Mets are promoting good prospects to their Starting Pitching rotation. This is helping to keep the team standards higher and to account. Our experienced pitchers have been poor in the second half of the season at going beyond five innings, whereas in the first half they were exceptional. Such is life, but I am looking forward to seeing how Nolan McLean, Jonah Tong and Brandon Sproat develop in the coming twelve months.

What a great comeback and win by the Jays last night again the Astros. I love watching this team and how they just don't give up, going to be an exciting stretch run.

They're giving me early 90's WS winning Jays' vibes. Those teams were a HoF stacked roster in comparison to this relatively median roster. But yeah, they don't give up. So well rounded in all areas.

I sure hope you are correct...winning 2 out 3 from Houston feels wonderful, let's hope they can get a closer dialed in for the playoffs.

The Giants have a tiny glimmer of hope. The Dodgers will either smash my dreams or completely melt down. I am skeptical we have the pitching right now. Offense has been clicking.

And I was correct. The organization is headed in a good direction right now though and the team has been a joy to watch. Today not so much.😕

There's always next weekend.

If we even get a WC spot at this point.

Just a week ago the Royals were looking good for the WC. Then the wheels fell off. Just like that!

Skubal pulling himself from a start last week made me cringe in the worst way possible. Glad to hear nothing showed up in imaging. Still, I'm thinking my AL Central leading Tigers are more likely for a first round exit than making it to the World Series. Something has been off since the All Star break and we haven't really looked 'great' since.

Eldridge got the call up. What do they feed these kids??

With two more games in this series against the Astros, Rangers have a real opportunity to argue for a WC spot. Gotta hit. Gotta hit. Gotta hit. Stellar pitching, maybe the best in baseball. Gotta hit.
