Popular Post teamrandr Posted February 23 Popular Post Posted February 23 1/3 Coffee, toast, Graham, dark chocolate to start. Medium in body this is nice so far. The retrohale has a bite to it. It highlights a dark bitter chocolate/ baked goods. Slight sweetness. Draws are a tad tight so far. 2/3 The draws are near perfect now. Same core of coffee, baked goods, dark chocolate. Now getting a slight Nilla wafers underneath all of that. Final 3rd. This has been very enjoyable. The dark chocolate and coffee has deepened. A slight tannic note is present as this rounds rounds out. Not complex but balanced. Score : Enjoyable 8
griller Posted February 23 Posted February 23 Thanks for the review. My tasting notes mirror yours on this one. These are solid & affordable options when you are craving the "twang" but have been priced out of the current Habanos catalog. I don't worry much about aging these, either. They're good out the gate... 2
