Quality Importers has announced that they will start shipping a Travel Humidor with a cigar tackle box compartment for accessories such as lighters, cutters etc. in the first quarter of 2025. You can read the complete article on Halfwheel.

Does this "pass muster?" (To "pass muster" means to meet the required standard or to come up to expectations. It originated from the military term for inspection and has been used figuratively since the 16th century.)

Is this product just wasting space that could have otherwise been used for additional cigars?

Nope. Cutter and lighter fit just fine in a pocket. I’d rather save the space for more cigars. Plus, it looks like the tray creates a gap where cigars in the top row might have space to bounce around, or the hinge could crack them, or the tray could crush them. Not good.

Looks cool but I'll stick with my leather man bag.

As usual, I'm in the minority as I like the storage solutions for both cigars & accessories, though not a fan of this interpretation. I bought this $19 caddy to take to the golf course with me. Holds everything I need and fits easily in my golf bag. The cheap ass cutters/punch work great and who cares if it gets beat-up, lost or stolen.
