Hello FOH’ers! New here, been lurking a while but decided to finally try my hand at 24:24…. At the exact time they happened to be shutdown for the year! Haha, greeeeaaaaat timing on my part.

Just recently got quite obsessed with cigars, as is the case in the United States I’m relegated (in stores) to only New World cigars. Something just hadn’t grabbed my fancy as of yet. I smoke a new cigar every day, take notes about everything, and am zeroing in on my desired flavor/notes.

Then I kept seeing guys posting about the flavors of their Cubans…. And it’s been driving me insane as I quite often read the EXACT thing that I want in my cigars

Bit the bullet and ordered an express package from another place (will be FOHing when they’re back up and running).

The Portland Oregon area isn’t the most cigar friendly, but I’ve managed to find the five cigar lounges in the area and have hit up two already and a third I’ll hit early January on my birthday. Wish it were easier (aka local) to find a way to enjoy a Cuban, but I reckon I oughta get used to waiting since I’ll also need to age my stock as well!

Well I’ve at least got a few ladies catching a quick rest while I await the next 24:24

Purposefully bought a stack of JLP PCab’s so that I can get my “Cuban fix” while I wait for my better sticks to get some time on them.

Surprisingly though the Monte 3’s I got are from March 22 so I’m hoping they’ll be enjoyable short term after they get acclimatized to their new Portland humidor home.
