Popular Post tywindsor44 Posted February 25, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 25, 2023 Man oh man my hat is off to this batch. I’ve had some really excellent Lanceros and these are up there with the best. It took me roughly 1.5hrs and I took my time with every puff. First thoughts. The wrapper on these are absolutely stunning. They all have a deep warm golden look when the sunlight hits it just right. Cold draw: Hints of hay, leather, honey, cedar and sweetness like orange peel without the citrus(?). The draw on this one a little more firm compared to the others that I’ve had in the pass. But no complaints because it’s till dang near perfect. The first third: Very light and fluffy smoke. Something like a cedar stick dipped in some honey. Very comparable to its cold draw. After working the smoking end a little, the draw got a little easier and a little more heat and smoke came through and brought some hay flavor with it. I tried to get the sunlight just right so you can see how gorgeous the wrapper is on this stick. Second third: Some mild leather notes and a continued support of hay and honey. I also notice some light hints of cream. Almost like a warm cup of cream with hints of honey. Last third: strong notes of cedar and amazing tobacco. Little to no spice which I definitely appreciate. Full robust notes of rich tobacco and hay. Never turned on me. I love lanceros. They’re my favorite of all sizes and I’m thrilled I stocked up on these at such an incredible price. 90/100 all day. sethw.ross Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 Totally agree. That batch of RCs was spectacular and can’t wait for the new release. It was one of the very few NC cigars that holds a flame to Cubans. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1 2

MrBirdman Posted February 26, 2023 Posted February 26, 2023 Good review. I expected to like the Maduro more based on the flavor profile, and it's good, but the Rosado takes the cake at this point. 1
