Popular Post Tdm_86 Posted July 15, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 15, 2022 This one will be a little shorter than the reviews I usually write. Sat down with a buddy to enjoy us a Siglo IV and a Belgian beer. Only snapped the one picture. This one is all from memory (though it was only 2 hrs ago). One of the last ones from this box I have left, this box has treated me well the last couple of years. I only had 1 stick from it that was mediocre, most were easy 92 to 94 pointers with some 95-96ers. Pre-light A nice, light and uniform wrapper. Feels light in the hand, very evenly rolled. It smells of sweet, light barnyard. Lovely scent. After cutting, fantastic draw with a touch of resistance. First third Opens immediately with pretty good flavor, hay and toasted tobacco. Silky smooth, easy to retrohale. On that retrohale there is already some citrus that comes in around the edges. Second third Fully going now, it’s all coffee and cream, lemon cake and honey. Extremely smooth and palate enveloping. This keeps going draw after draw. Final third Things intensify, draw is all coffee, honeyed nuts and lemon around the edges. The cake has disappeared from the lemon. Conclusion Fantastic experience, one of the best ones from the box. This is everything one could want from a Siglo IV in my opinion. 96/100 19
Popular Post RDB Posted July 15, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 15, 2022 Great write up, I could picture the experience so clearly. A good Sig.IV is one of the great experiences. 5
