Amazing, saw this at JJFox in 2020 but it wasn't able to smell the cigars.

Looks like a crazy collection piece.

Seemed a stretch at the time....

Can somebody please explain to my why people would purchase something like that?

Are you supposed to smoke the cigars and be left with a lovely but empty humidor?

Or are you supposed to just look at it and wonder about each stick?

I have always purchased with the sole intention of consuming and sharing.

It is a beautiful piece, but I just don't get it.

If I had one the cigars would certainly be smoked and shared.

After a couple of decades the empty box would bring a pretty penny or two if one didn't desire it cluttering up the smoking room.

Makes sense. The actual box is a fully working humidor with temperature and humidity control. It's hidden under the brown booklet. So I bet there's a market for it

They look all to be easily sourced cigars and someone passionate enough to fork out for that cabinet probably has most if not all the cigars represented.  I would probably take the cigars out that came with it (store them) and replace with the same cigars out of my own boxes.  That way you can just go for one and not think twice.
