From personal experience,  blocked sinuses,  sleep apnoea & CPAP aren't a good combo, but sometimes sacrifices have to be made.

i thought it was crazy the brand rep Nick Z. from oliva cigars didn't know how to retrohale and learned in this interview at 1:34:00 ?
