My good mate and cigar tragic PJ has a Sunrises and Sunsets FB group. 

He finds it immensely reflective/relaxing.

The only time I see the sunrise is if I am coming home from a night out, I got way too engrossed in reading something on the internet, or I just bought a new Xbox game. Most other nights, I'm going to bed 2-3 hours before sunrise.

That's exactly how PJ discovered it. He thought it was Armageddon as he crawled into a fetal position with arms outstretched shrieking "turn it off....turn it off!"

He has been a devoted follower of the sun god ever since

2:38am and I’m nodding my head in agreement.  Unfortunately I’m up early, wish I could sleep more than 4-5 hours it sounds lovely.

Yup, I see them every day. If it’s a nice one I’ll take a pic for my neighbor so he believes me that they exist.

3am right now. Got back in a few hours ago after a night out with some of the Sydney FOH boys. Will get up in 4.5hrs.
