99call Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 love this, but sadly it can be seen as the passage into the future. i.e generic information, that is non binding, and means very little. Would be wonderful to see "blenders notes", doesn't matter if they fail......we can easily forgive that. What counts is vision, and intention. Surly it cant be so hard to have a ticket in a box of BBF, that says these cigars are intended to be "full bodied" surely thats a basic principle HSA can stick to 80% of the time

On the surface, not much has changed indeed I looked at it in a different way. ERDM factory was competing with other factories in tendering for the production of private label cigars for stores and well heeled individuals from all over the world. This insert was the connection to the factory. 1
NSXCIGAR Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Well, Cuba did know how to spell Connoisseur... 4

I hear that Rob, and I 100% agree. but the only way you develop a 'customer for life' type of product is by (to some degree) nailing your colours to the wall, and saying "THIS IS US!" it's so sad that I have decks and decks of HSA box inserts and they all say the same boring shit. The sad fact is, is there is variation and artistry in blending etc etc and it all goes unclaimed. Through their safe front, they actually miss a trick of selling hard on a powerful commodity 1 1

I thought you were referring to the spelling of the former Partagas thin and skinny series and was going to say that one's french. But realized for the first time what the actual spelling of Connie a and b look like ? 1

I suppose it was quite a thing to have a brand and a factory. Obviously most brands didn't have their own factory. Short of that a brand would want the prestige of being rolled in a top factory like ERDM.
