Any other UK brethren/sister-er,...-thren, attending the online Zoom launch event?

Not sure whether all the vendors are doing their own thing or whether it's a mass H&F organised thing? Anyone in the trade know for sure?

Anyway, cigar, cognac, chocolates and access to the first boxes for £40 or so isn't bad.

Think it's H&F organised. I had an invite yesterday but have to turn it down due to childcare duties and in laws will be over.Gutted to say the least but hopefully will be other opportunities.

Seems like RA has displaced Rafael Gonzalez as the unofficial British marca. Although the middle east seems to really embrace it also.

Yeah, the middle East seems to have more RA Regionals than anywhere.

Indeed. There was one Libano Regional Edition every year (excepting 2011 due to late arrival) until 2015 when Habanos S.A. changed the rules to prevent distributors bringing out the same marcas for Regional Editions consecutively. It didn't stop another Ramon Allones Regional Edition for UAE in 2016 and Phoenicia in 2019! ?

I thought that if you were smoking cigars with friends, it cancelled out the chances of getting the virus.  I know Laurence was itching to get back into the store.

I just watched Lawrence and Nick on the Sautter channel. Lawrence was angry because there will only be 6000 boxes made, apparently. Can this really be true?

Nice dense smoke. My draw was a little tight to begin. Didn't get the big LE chocolate hit but got the RA nutty/fruity. Good construction, 1hr+. Good cigar, could become great with time. All the elements were there. 

Ordered a box.

Great packaging. It's the first LE box I've bought since the Ramon Allones Club Allones 2015(?) And the Hoyo 2013 before then. 

Actually, I did buy Talismans, but not for smoking. ?
