The Güira I Factrory in 1998 or 1999 according to Cuban Cigar Website. Some factories didn't use the transitional date coding system used then as stated on CCW, but the CCES part of the date code certainly would equate to that time period.

TAE is 'Guira I' Factory La Habana Province.     1999       don't know how to read the 'ES'   others will chime in

TAE is factory Guira I and CCES is 0699 so June 99. What are they Bolivars?
