Trusty_Patches Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 Anyone ever have this brand? What’s it like compared to the more common brands on the Cuban vintage market? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
NSXCIGAR Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 Was a big Los Statos Brevas fan in the early 2000s. Could pick up a box for $30. Very earthy cigars. I liked them as daily smokes. Never had the Cremas nor have I had a LS in over a decade so I have no idea how they age.
Lotusguy Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 Anyone ever have this brand? What’s it like compared to the more common brands on the Cuban vintage market? Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkThey were dirt cheap when available - I would have called them yard gars. Had some from 1998 not too long ago and they haven’t improved with age - rough smokes. Not worth the crazy premium they command now in the secondary (seen them go for $150). 1
cigcars Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 *I've had a few Los Statos De Luxes (I don't know if they were Cremas), but they hold a special place in my heart as far as my truly FIRST intro to an authentic Habano cigar. I'm really regretful of their discontinuance too
Puros Y Vino Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 I grabbed several boxes of the 1997/98 boxes that were available a few years back. Never had them fresh, but for what I paid. Well worth it. They won't rock your world but they are satisfying smokes. 1
