honestly, what do you reckon the chances of him ever being charged would be? short of uncontestable video evidence, i doubt anyone is going near this. 

i know that a great number of brits think he is an absolute pillock and probably guilty but if america tried to charge/convict/jail him, i reckon the UK public would swing heavily behind him. tosser, he might be, but he is a member of the royal family and there are some things which the rest of the world is not allowed to desecrate (a bit like the old adage - xxx is my mate so i can insult him but others cannot). 

plus every chance the 'pardon' card would be played.
