Popular Post rcarlson Posted March 31, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 31, 2019 I just don't have enough of these. Not my favorite RG, but Holy Moly they're good! It's a big one with a fair amount of heft. Beautiful wrapper with even construction and densely packed. Don't get much better. I ain't messing around with pre-light. I'm going straight to the main event. The first third of is earthy, leather, wood and toasted tobacco. Well balanced and complex. Right out of the gate I know this one requires some meditation. Second third, the earthy, leather toasted flavors take on some creamy almond and a light sweetness on the back. A little spice develops. But just a little. This sucker is hitting its stride as the smoke warms and the concentration builds. This is quickly becoming my favorite smoke of the year. Last third, yep. All of it follows through. This is a medium strength cigar that remains medium throughout and delivers a serious richness. Less earthy and thankfully no pepper (hate that). Some mild spice in the background with a sweetness. Cohiba-like hay mixed in to boot. Construction and burn were excellent. Verdict? Guilty. . . of being damn awesome! A real bang for the buck. Every bit as enjoyable as any Behike I've had. Grade: A +. Prez, please see what you can do to get these back into the 24:24 rotation. I didn't buy enough. 7

Gamehawker Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Nice review. I am glad I have 10 boxes of 5 count boxes of these with the El Laguito box code. Mine are 5 boxes from "UAO MAR 18" & 5 boxes of "UAO SEP 18". ?
