It's usually pretty crude to be thoroughly divisive about people based on a 50/50, but not in this case. I regard the choice of Hawkeye's preferred partner in crime as a deeply intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and wholly legitimate anthropological device... Or at least a good way to decide if I'm going to shout someone I don't know very well a beer. : )

So, Trapper or BJ?

And/or tell me what little 50/50's you sometimes apply?

Wait, the movie counts? Spearchucker then. He was the only likeable character in the movie besides Radar.

Now, how can anyone not like Radar?

Trapper!  No contest.  There was no BJ in the movie.

....wait, I didnt mean that the way it sounded.

Ha ha... yep, I was just talking about the TV series. And, yeah, about the Hunnicutt type of BJ, not the Hot Lips type. ?

Besides Radar. But then again, if you ever saw “W*A*L*T*E*R” you might start to doubt.

It really depends on whether you are talking about M.A.S.H. the film or the TV series.

For me personally, I prefer Hunnicutt over Trapper. And Potter over Blake.

I was actually talking about the TV show, which I liked better when it was true to the movie.

I'm a huge M*A*S*H fan I can't count how many times I've watched the entire series. I don't think I could pick a favorite - they are all outstanding. Only thing I would change is to take the focus off of Hawkeye and put it on the other characters.
