Popular Post El Presidente Posted March 7, 2018 Popular Post Posted March 7, 2018 Thanks to all the Sydney OH lads for coming out last night. A huge thank you to Steve and Chris for organising the fantastic dinner at Marigold before heading around the corner for cigars and drinks. Perfect. There was something eerily familiar of the 13 of us around the circular table discussing the loss of freedoms and VPN's. I swear a rooster crowed at one point I love a good dinner. I love the fact that we had a special menu with Fuzz's name on it. I loved the private room! Nicely done. The discussions ranged from relationship advice (It's OK Di, I got the lads sorted) to a discussion of the lay of the Oz cigar land, Habanos releases and the fact that pretty much everyone at that table had OCD. I mean.....John S carries his own ashtray I smoked an Inca cigar that was given to me earlier in the day. Not bad (Peruvian tobacco). Brilliant work lads, brilliant work. 8
BrightonCorgi Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 Tasty sounding menu. Looks like a fun night you all had! Good for you!
NorCalAaron Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 Looks like you guys had a great time and tried to sorted out some of the worlds problems.
PuffDaddie Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 It's always good to see friends enjoying themselves.
Fuzz AI Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 A great night, indeed! Love that the Cidery Bar welcomes cigar smokers... and is open till 12am on a weeknight! I just wish the bloody parking lots open later than midnight! Got a few more ideas for places to go next time. 1

Sorry I missed this one, looks like it was a great night. Unfortunately, yesterdays logistics prevented me from getting down to Sydney from Lithgow in any sort of reasonable time.

Brilliant work lads, brilliant work. OOOOO LOOK!!! An INCA Secret Blend cigar! For me, Peruvian tobacco, and even Ecuadorian tobacco is on par with Cuban and Nicaraguan tobacco. Having sampled this Inca blend....I'm afraid I'd been spoiled by Mitchell Orchant's Red and Blue banded Inca Secret Blends. But I'd still be after some more of these on this side of the Atlantic. Maybe some more aging might help.

I look forward to discovering more about Peruvian tobacco in the future.
