Google says:

10 shitloads per metric fuckton. In English measurements, it’s about 66/7 shitloads per fuckton. Most people prefer to use metric.

Personally, only a true fuckwad uses the fuckton as  a unit of measure...

The shitload is a unit of measure mainly used in countries declared to be shit holes.

I believe this was a recent presidential decree.
