My initial knowledge of Mr. Tang came via this forum, by then I began to see his name frequently elsewhere. A sad story, but an admirable manner in which to face the end. He certainly has lived life.

While I haven't received my invite to the soiree as yet I'll plan to smoke my last Tang Monarch on his passing. Knowing of the man it may be longer than expected before that occurs....

What a shame ,but what a life lived .and the idea of a big soirée before you go is a brilliant idea apart from his other interests his life and influence in the Cigar fraternity will be sorely missed.

Sad, but a great way to approach the end.  Better to spend your last days with the people you care for and admire vs them having to spend it together when you're gone.  I'm sure Mr Tang will enjoy some glorious smokes on his way out.
