Unbelievable love of life and passion combined with a commitment to detail that only one in a million have. It apparently extends to the planning for his passing. No regrets.

Sobering news.  I've got great admiration for those who manage to not let their wealth turn them in to disgusting people. He seems like such a lovely bloke, and the true gent.

While I haven't received my invite to the soiree as yet I'll plan to smoke my last Tang Monarch on his passing. Knowing of the man it may be longer than expected before that occurs....

What a shame ,but what a life lived .and the idea of a big soirée before you go is a brilliant idea apart from his other interests his life and influence in the Cigar fraternity will be sorely missed.

make sure you have a great party and gods speed

My kind of guy.  Going out the way he chooses.  We are all going to die, if you know the likely time of going, it makes sense to choose your way of going.

Sad, but a great way to approach the end.  Better to spend your last days with the people you care for and admire vs them having to spend it together when you're gone.  I'm sure Mr Tang will enjoy some glorious smokes on his way out. :cigar:
