Where: Green Peppercorn, Civic Hotel When: Wed 12th July - 6:30/7pm till late (kick-off @ 8pm but probably be a late start) Cost: Whatever you feel like spending Some of the boys will be having dinner before moving over to the bar to watch the game over drinks and smokes. Expand Ken, It truly feels like it (Qld dominance) will never end. If you think of the first three halves of the series, the turnaround is even more amazing. It's easy to see in hindsight, of course going up to Qld for a decider is a near impossible task. That said, I thought our team which on paper appeared better than Qld's, could do it. From our point of view, Daley is to blame. He must go. I cannot see someone like Bellamy losing this series for the Blues. When Bellamy was losing SOS he faced the best ever Qld team (my opinion). Our lot were clueless. I won't say that it's apathy. Qld took Origin far more seriously in the early days than NSW did but now the desire is equal. Saying that it means more to Qld only serves to diminish their achievements. Your state is just better at footy. (That said, your Broncs underachieve lol)
