Post Count Variations

I have been contacted by several members about their post counts being amended over the past couple of months. 

Trust me....I nor anyone else have been staying up late purging your posts 

It would have occurred during the forum upgrade/transition from IP version 3 to 4. whatever.  From what we can see, no data was lost, simply an anomaly in the count. 

If you are bent out of shape over it, touch base and I will give you a cuddle.

Well there will come a day when the forum and members will lose posts anyway?

Servers can only hold so much data, surely you will need to purge some past posts.
