I'm preparing a brisket to smoke for Peyton's big win tomorrow and thought I'd pull a few sticks out to dry box. I've decided on a Bolivar CG(Thanks Bill!), RASCC, Monte 5 and a SLR Pacifico for the celebration!

What has everybody got planned for the day to smoke?

any side with one of the greatest QBs of all time is always a serious threat, even if in the twilight. especially with a fabulous defence (i think if the broncos get up, it will be the defence more than anything). wade phillips has done a great job. all i can say is what dimwit (looking at you, jay gruden) decided we did not want him at the skins and that we would be better with the bloke whose record from his previous year was, wait for it, 0-16. you could not make it up.

but carolina has a terrific defence (big fan of luke K) as well and cam is in once in a lifetime form. plus i just love the way the panthers enjoy what they are doing. love seeing that in a team. and it makes a team incredibly hard to beat.
