Starting to think about my cigar selections for the foot ball games Sunday. I'll start off with something special like a PL Lonsdale '06. Then it's a big old DC like a Lusitania to savor for the rest of the evening.

What are you people smoking Sunday?

Close, but no cigar. Pats vs Panthers is how it will end up.

Too cold for a cigar in Montreal and I cant head out to stogies to watch the games since I have my son this weekend. So it will be cigarless but I will still enjoy the games. Anyone but the Pats, that

Kickoff for the AFC Championship is a horrendous 4am over here in WA so it might be a touch early for a cigar, but if all goes well I look forward to enjoying a nice Esplendido I've had sitting down for a while whilst watching the replay!

I have a Monte I am dry boxing for Sunday....when I work next, not sure of the size, but it is about 3yrs old, I cut it a few weeks ago to smoke, and the draw was too tight. I put it back in the humi and forgot about it until this morning....I'll post a pic and maybe you "experts" can tell me more about it.

Let's go Patriots! I live in New England (Boston Area) and the fans are primed up for this game. Wish I could have a cigar but the in laws are coming over and its way too cold out. Might be getting a snow storm as well.

Panthers are just playing too good right now to be beat and Denvers defense is for real. They just need to hit Brady a few times and that's the game.

Edit: that's the game unless the Pats cheat....again.

To answer the question, I will be smoking a couple RASCCs unless it snows me out. I have plenty of milk and bread for milk sammiches if anybody needs any. ?

In Las Vegas so lots of cigars for games. Cohiba pyramid extra for patriot-Broncos and Monte 520 for card-Panther game. And monte PEs and #4 in there somewhere too

Well, it is freezing cold outside and I still don't have any indoor place to smoke, so not a dang thing. Soon I will have a garage to smoke in though.

Can beat those Cohiba PEs! If I had the coin those would be my everyday smoke!

Not a NE fan, but Brady owns The playoffs. I've lost unspeakable money betting against Tom Brady and Floyd Mayweather. That's being said I learned my lesson a long term me ago and never bet against either of them....

Arizona vs NE for the Super Bowl

Cigar #1 Party Luis

Cigar #2 Boli Libertador

Now that's a bold statement! No way Arizona beats the Panthers!

I agree Brady is great in the playoffs but not this year:)

Pats v. Cats.

Pats romp Denver by 10+

I'll probably be smoking either a 15 Hoyo #2 or 14 Monte Edmundo prior to. Haven't tried one of the Hoyo's yet and they look like crackers.

Couldn't care less about pro football, college is where it's at for me. I'll have another smoke Sunday though. Have a Partagas EL 2014 dry boxing now. Been sitting on it since Xmas of 2014. Right now I'm having a Nat Sherman Timeless Divinos though and it's not too bad. Bit of a pai. To get the burn right though with this style...

Arizona barely won last week, Carson Palmer's winning TD should've been an interception. Carolina is gonna spank them something fierce.

I have a HdM Epi 2 and a Siglo IV on the docket for this wknd, smoking a pork shoulder Sunday so might smoke both during. 20 degrees is no excuse to not smoke meat or stogies, I am man, hear me roar.

JIC, your smoker electric or charcoal? Always amazed at how much longer it takes to smoke meat in cold temps!

Carson Palmer is certianly not a very good NFL QB.

I find with my charcoal smoker that in the winter in need to wrap it with a water heater blanket. Keeps the heat in the smoking chamber better. I've also modded the hell out of mine. Used hi-temp gasket sealant on any and all seems, and U channel and fireplace gasket material to make a tight seal for the lid, and then dryer vent hose snaked around the top of the lid down to the cooking grates to make the smoke stay in longer. It dramatically improved the amount of fuel I use and cook times. About a 8lbs of charcoal and 10-12 hours I can do a full 15lb brisket to 203F trim and then still use the residual for burnt ends!
