Paul3 Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Looking forward to family arriving here in the next hour or so. Currently looking through the humidor to determine exactly what to smoke. The folks coming over aren't regular cigar smokers so I'm looking at a 2010 HdM Epi. 2 for them, while I am very seriously looking at a VR Canada XV Anviersario...a cigar I wished I'd gone deeper on...as the women folk take charge of the kitchen festivities. Likely finish the night with a JL2 from a GAS JUN 08 cab, which has to be one of the best cab's I've ever laid my hands on, and a glass or two of El Dorado 12 year. I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and send a special thought to my deployed brothers who can't be with their loving families on this special day. Cheers

Picked up a couple prints and then hit the Alpine in for Schnitzel over a bed of very good Saurkraut and cabbage with sides of Spaitzel, Potato Salat, and Jeager Sauce. Washing it down with a nice heavy Dopplebock beer.
