You want world series tickets? I have a connection.

Tom, i would give nearly anything to see a World series game if the jays made it that far, but there is no way i can make it work to come from London to see the game, not with my submarine design course in full swing by then :(

I'll be watching the games from here though. .....in the middle of the UK night lol

Thanks for the offer though. If i was anywhere in Canada, I'd jump on it in a hot second!

Discuss.

I'm genuinely happy for Blue Jays fans, as a Mets fan we had a nine-year wait this year. yes.gif

As for discussion, I think if the Cubs made the World Series and won this year, well that would be something to discuss! buddies.gif

If the Jays make it all the way to the WS, I'm going for sure. I don't care what they cost. This is a 'once in a quarter century' kind of thing! It's so great to have a winning team in TO again.

Awesome that they are in but I think the weak link is Gibby. Figure they may lose tight games and a series because he is out managed.

I'm excited for you Jays fans and for Tulo. I haven't been watching much so I hope he's still healthy.... chu-chu-ch-ch-ch ch-ch-ch-chu...Tulo!

A's fan and ticket holder. Still seems insane that we gave you Donaldson and took Lawrie off your hands... Congrats on a great year. Fine team that has seemingly been close the last couple years and nice to get over the hump. Good luck in playoffs

Not so fast. Don't start celebrating yet. The Yankees clinched the wild card slot and the Bluejays will have to get by them to get into the Series. That may not be so easy.

a) All I was celebrating was winning the AL East Division title....which the Blue Jays did...over the Yankees...None of this is in dispute.

b ) I think it's you who need to not celebrate yet, considering you need to win a one-game play-in game just to make it into the divisional series....against either the Angels or Astros, both of which have the talent to beat the Yankees.

c) The Yankees have had nearly 2 decades of dominance to celebrate in the last 20 years. Back the **** off and maybe let other teams and their fans celebrate something for ****ing once.

This is why I stopped celebrating my sports team except in person. The internet is just full of people out there with nothing better to do than put you down.

Blue Jays are 13-6 vs the Yanks this year. I'll take that match up.

Yanks should hope it's the Angels because they have a losing record to the Astros.

Time will tell. The Yankees have a long history of turning things around. Should be a good playoff season.

Who put anyone down? You seem to be overreacting. We're talking about baseball here. You need to light a cigar and chill out my friend.
