Caught part of the Serena rebroadcast tonight. Saw that things weren't turning out as expected in the middle of the second set.

Judging by how Novak Djokovic destroyed Miran Cilic in 85 minutes, I'm not holding any fairytale hope for Roger Federer to become the oldest man in 45 years to win a Tennis Grand Slam Major!

Well, he is Roger Federer so one never know. Regardless that, I too think Novak will prevail.

I also mentioned to my wife this morning there was a chance it could be an all Italian Women's Final....

Novak has been so unbeatable in the last 3.5 years. He's so solid.

But Roger is playing so well right now. Straight set victories in the whole tournament thus far. Come on Roger!!!!

It's going to be really nerve racking. Gutted that Federer didn't overcome Djokovic at Wimbledon this year, now here they are again in another Slam final.

Despite Roger's current form, Novak must be the favourite, even if not by much. If Roger starts well, gets the first set and doesn't allow Novak to get ahead, I think he has a chance.

I would like Roger to win one final major to cap off his remarkable career. Both he and Rafael Nadal have been true gentlemen and fantastic role-models for the game.
