So I noticed that on the new habanos website SLR is rated up there with Partagas and Bolivar as full bodied cigars, and as far as I can tell, that has always been the case. You could've fooled me. I'm had the Regios, A, and DC and I had them pegged as more of a medium-mild cigar, but I've only had them with a few years of age on them. Are thet really strong fresh or have I just had cigars from weak batches?

This strenght rating was established decades ago, when tobaccos were not the same as now; anyway it has always been a bit biased…

Vegueros, full? Uh!

Hoyo, milder than San Cristobal?

And the sizes/vitolas should be taken in consideration – the young PLPC is stronger than most Montecristo, the Diplo 5 was medium/full, yes, but the Diplo 2? Etc etc.

Saint Luis Rey medium to medium-full, haven't had the chance to smoke a San Luis Rey.....

I always find them mild. Right there with hoyo. But sounds like most take them as a medium stick.

Not sure about the Serie A and the DC but the Regios is a mild to medium bodied cigar.

A little stronger than Monte but thats just me.

Loving the 2014 Regio's!!! To my taste, they are medium to medium/full.....great cigars for their price point.
