These can be expensive. There are a lot of "cigar box hammers" on Ebay. New and vintage for far less. They work great. How much would be? I think $20-$30 is ok. As mentioned, most LCDH's have them. I got a few of them a number of years back from the former president of Havana House (the official distributor here in Canada). Got to see him and say hi at the Canadian RE tasting in Havana back in November too, which was nice to see him again. But yeah, it was something that Habanos did back in 2006-2010, I believe, with getting those hammers made for promo purposes.
