When my boys were young of course we gave them stuff but not a ton as they were getting plenty from everyone else. Now before you label me Scrouge...understand I LOVE giving gifts....so I do it ALL YEAR LONG Much more fun to randomly see something that you think a friend or loved one will enjoy and give it right then. It makes a bigger impact on them and I get an entire year of fun. As far as what I want, well I tend to either buy things for myself or my wife/kids/friends kinow me well enough to also randomly give me things. I have a great job that only makes me work 3 days a week, and pays me really really well if I have to work more than that. My wife and kids are amazing and I am blessed with super cool friends. Peace on earth....nah I don't think the world is ready for that, imagine the insanity if there was no war, famine, crime or hate...yuck

Sorry. been there done that yada yada.. for the last 18 years the families piled into my house for Christmas party, dinner and Birthday celebration for my daughter.. lots of drink and food.. cigars in the garage. house looks like a bomb hit it after everyone leaves.. my Christmas wish is that i won the $100M or more lotto.. Christmas week I would take all ~25 family members on a very large yacht somewhere in the Mediterranean for week and party my freakin brains out !
