BonVivant Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 H&F suggested retail pricing is £25.60 per cigar or £245 per box of 10.

dangolf18 Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Cool, so they should be available for $160.
Lotusguy Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Cool, so they should be available for $160. I sure hope so... however, if the Punch RE was any indication, they won't be quite so cheap duty-free.

Lant63 Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Just bought three boxes for some buddies and I. So much for spending more on regular production. Sent by telepathic super powers -Stogie Boy
BonVivant Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Either way, I'll be taking out a student loan to go deep on these based on the track record of the past two Pl uk releases. Sent by telepathic super powers -Stogie Boy One can think of much worse things, when it comes to spending the student loan 2
ZAZ Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I will wait until a review is posted ?Good idea.
BonVivant Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Remember the name and hold your breath £199 online in UK, as of tomorrow
Tino Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Have to say I really enjoyed the one I tried at the London herf yesterday. Construction was impeccable and flavour profile developed over the course of the cigar. Pricing aside, they're a good bet to put away for a sleep on that showing.
MrDowse Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Agreed mate, I enjoyed mine immensely. Sadly had to leave the last third as i needed to head home but it was an excellent cigar and I am tempted to buy a box even at that price. I would probably only smoke them on high days and holidays anyway so a box of 10 will last me a good few years!
Lant63 Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 So I smoked one last night. The flavors were dead straight intense sweet PL it reminded me of an amped up encantos, but no quite as good as the PL rdl. With that said I could not get the damn thing to burn straight. I had to do a ton of touchups, but when the ash fell it had a perfect, and I mean perfect, ember cone in the middle of the cigar. I think that dry boxing this would have helped. I also tried a new cutter on the cigar and i split the head of the cigar, when I took the band off the wrapper unraveled. I think there is a ton of potential in these, hopefully the wrapper burning is a dry boxing issue and nothing more. I won't be using that cutter again, thats for sure. kittipong Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Remember the name and hold your breath £199 online in UK, as of tomorrow I got two boxes in due time, and they arrived Bangkok very quick, just 6 days. I will leave it for a few years like other PL ER UK.
knickerbocker Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 purchased a box and two singles, if i think the two singles have potential these will be going to sleep for a long time. if not I am going to sell or trade the box. 1
Habana Mike Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Sounds good though I'd want to try one prior to pulling the trigger on a box. Price/stick and unknown price/performance is putting me off any RE/LE/other specials these days..... 2
Smallclub Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Smoked one tonight and I'm quite disappointed. It's basically a good volado roll, offering diluted distant PL flavours. Pleasant but very common. Absolutely nothing comparable with the Magnificos from 2007. 1

jsummers157 Posted April 13, 2015 Posted April 13, 2015 Interesting opinions on this one. Heading to London next month, will have to see if I can track one down.
oliverdst Posted September 7, 2016 Author Posted September 7, 2016 Uk regionales are getting ridiculously pricey. Ásia Pacífico on the same way. I have a box of Boli Britanicas that I was about to revisit today but I didnt do it (JL2 instead). It's a shame. Buying Regionales, for me, is part of the fun from this hobby. Never had a sobresaliente.
hjmclain22 Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 I recently purchased a box. I plan on smoking my first one along with a CoRo after the birth of my daughter (first kid) who is due in October. 1
